1. New Warehouse Facility – After proudly serving you from our original location for over 125 years, we’re relocating our warehouse to a state-of-the-art facility.

  • Key Dates:  Our warehouse will be closed from Thursday, July 24, 2025, through Sunday, August 3, 2025
  • Operations will resume at our new facility on Monday, August 4, 2025
  • Order Information: Orders placed after Sunday, July 20, 2025, may not ship until Monday, August 4, 2025. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.  More detail here: https://davidccook.org/warehouse

2. Upgraded ERP System and Payment Portal  – We’re transitioning to a more advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline our operations.   

  • As part of this upgrade, we’re introducing a new, user-friendly payment portal.
  • Important Note: The current payment portal, https://paymybill.davidccook.org will close after August 1, 2025. We’ll share details about the new portal soon, ensuring a seamless transition.
