FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – WAREHOUSE MOVE 

 

  1. What is the new warehouse address?

Our new warehouse address will be: 1700-1 Madeline Ln, Elgin, IL 60124 

 

  1. Can I still place orders?

Yes! Our ordering system and customer service operations will remain active and unaffected during the warehouse move. (Shipping times may be impacted, as described below.) 

 

  1. Will my order ship?

Orders placed between Thursday, July 24 and Friday, August 1 will not ship until we begin operations at our new warehouse on Monday, August 4. 

 

  1. 4. When will shipping resume?

Shipping will resume from our new warehouse on Monday, August 4. 

 

  1. 5. Can I purchase digital products?

Yes! Digital products are still available for purchase and will be delivered as usual. 

 

  1. 6. If I purchased physical product, is there a way to get a digital version if my shipment won’t arrive on time?

Contact our customer service team at 1-800-323-7543 to determine if a digital resource may be available. 

 

  1. 7. What happens if I return something during the timeframe during which you are moving?

Returns received between Thursday, July 24 and Friday, August 1 will not be processed until Monday, August 4. 

 

  1. 8. Where should I send product returns?

Send to 1700-1 Madeline Ln, Elgin IL 60124 

 

  1. 9. Is the payment address changing?

No, the payment address will remain the same until further notice.
