David C Cook Names Cathy Herholdt Vice President of Communications
Seasoned Nonprofit & Missions Executive to Expand David C Cook’s Global Influence and Impact
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Jan. 10, 2023—In a major step to multiply its ministry impact across all areas of outreach, David C Cook has hired award-winning communications director Cathy Herholdt for the role of vice president of communications. Herholdt will oversee and manage a team that will carry out a vision for brand, corporate and internal communications across the David C Cook and Integrity Music businesses with the goal of driving impact and influence globally.

For more than a decade, Herholdt has led marketing and strategic communications at a global nonprofit, World Concern, most recently serving as senior communications director. During her time working with the nonprofit, she oversaw all marketing and fundraising content and strategy, and implemented World Concern’s multi-channel Clean Water Campaign that won “Best Campaign” at the Nonprofit Innovation and Optimization Awards. She also created and hosted The End of the Road podcast which ranked 4th in the U.S. on Apple Podcasts for nonprofit podcasts during launch week.
