Kerry Olin is a broadly experienced global executive whose career has spanned 40 years, principally at Procter & Gamble and Microsoft, where he recently retired as vice president in Human Resources.
For most of his Microsoft tenure, Kerry served on the HR executive leadership team, where he led HR Services and served as the principal architect of the company’s HR operating model. Kerry also led HR for Microsoft largest business unit.
Kerry began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he spent 19 years in Marketing and then Human Resources. He then served as a managing director at an intellectual property consulting firm prior to joining Microsoft.
Kerry has served on several non-profit organization boards, including Stronger Families, a faith-based organization that provides marriage and relationship support for at-risk couples and families; Burnham Ministries International, an equipping ministry for pastors; and Tenfold BPO, a provider of business services to Christian organizations. Kerry is also a Senior Advisor at M&A firm ArkMalibu.
He joined the David C Cook Board in December 2023 and serves as Chair of the Personnel & Planning Committee and serves as a member of the Executive and Finance & Audit Committees.
Kerry and his wife, Kathy, have been privileged to serve in local church ministry and leadership for many years. They reside in Dallas, Texas, near their two kids and their spouses, and four grandchildren.
