For over twenty years, Lori has demonstrated leadership both locally and globally in children’s ministry, and more recently, in relief and outreach efforts. She has a proven track record of building and unifying teams around a shared vision, driving significant growth and expanding impact. Lori’s motivation lies in helping people in crisis experience Christ’s love through practical and innovative solutions.
Lori is also deeply passionate about fostering spiritual growth, which has led her to collaborate with a variety of churches, educators, and organizations. Some of these include David C Cook, Lakewood Church, M3 Conference, INCM, What’s in the Bible, Willow Creek Association, High Voltage, Kidmo, Jelly Telly, Orbit Media, and Creative Trust.
She currently serves as the Senior Director of Relief and Outreach for Lakewood Church. Her previous roles include Senior Director of Children’s Ministry at Lakewood Church, Training and Global Focus Director for the International Network of Children’s Ministry (INCM), and Programming Manager for Willow Creek Community Church’s children’s ministry.
Lori joined the David C Cook Board in November 2018 and serves as Chair of the Ministry Advancement Committee and serves as a member of the Executive and New Growth Committees. Lori and her husband, Ottis, live in Houston, TX.
